I’ve walked through the pain of a devastating divorce, the death of both of my parents, and the heartbreaking loss of my boyfriend. At times, my grief was so overwhelming that I felt completely undone. I was hurting so deeply, but I didn’t know what to do with all of my feelings. I felt consumed by my grief. Then I realized that the problem wasn’t that I was grieving. The problem was that I didn’t know what to do with my grief.

Then I discovered the Grief Recovery Method®. Unlike anything else I had tried, it taught me, step by step, what to do with my feelings.

            The process helped me release what I was carrying so I could begin to reclaim my joy.

 

The transformation was so life-changing that I immediately enrolled in the Grief Recovery Institue Advanced Certified Specialist. I knew that if I could experience this level of deep healing, others could too—and I wanted to be the one to help them. That’s why I created Whole Heart Coaching: to give others the same chance to heal their hearts, restore their hope and reclaim their lives.
